SHIPPING & RETURNS

Free Shipping:

 

All purchases over $149.00 qualify for free shipping unless your order contains oversize or overweight items or you require shipping to a remote community. In these cases we will contact you after your order is placed to discuss the best shipping option.

Orders under $149.00 ship for a flat rate of $20.00 unless the order contains oversize or overweight items.

​

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days and shipped from our Swan Lake First Nation warehouse in Headingley,  Manitoba 

 

You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

 

Check Order Status:

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check the shipment status.

 

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping  confirmation email, contact us at support@fnpaperchemical.ca with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping Options:

 

Local Pickup:

 

  • Pickup is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 3 pm. At our warehouse located at #190-300 Alpine Way, Swan Lake First Nation, Headingley, Manitoba.

 

  • Please wait for email notification that your order is ready for pickup.

 

Metro Winnipeg:

 

  • Free Delivery (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) on orders over $199.00

 

  • $10.00 Fee for orders under $199.00

 

  • Delivery times are between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

 

Canada Wide:

 

  • Orders will be shipped in 2-5 business days.

 

  • We will contact you regarding oversize and overweight items to arrange the best shipping option.

 

  • If you live in a remote community without road access, your order will be shipped by air. We will contact you to discuss your best shipping options.

 

International:

 

  • We only ship within Canada at this time.

  • Orders will be delivered in 2-5 business days in most cases.

Canada Wide:

 

  • All orders require 2-5 business days to ship.

 

  • Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan - 1 to 3 days transit time

 

  • Atlantic Canada and B.C. - 2 to 5 days transit time

 

  • Yukon, Nunavut, NWT - 5 to 10+ days transit time

Returns:


 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original packaging.

 

We will refund the full order minus the shipping costs.


 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us at support@fnpaperchemical.ca as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage to the item.

We will address your concerns promptly and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
